In order to make acupuncture affordable for as many people as possible and to allow visits to be as frequent as necessary to achieve the best possible results, we offer a sliding scale.

We would like you to be comfortable choosing what you’d like to pay, and we understand that everyone’s financial situation is different. Please consider how often you need to come and pay what you feel comfortable with, no questions asked. (Please note: The first visit costs $15 more than regular visits due to the extra time required for an initial consultation.)

A NOTE ABOUT MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR ACUPUNCTURE: The great news for everyone is that our regular sliding scale rates are comparable to the cost of an insurance co-pay!  The ONLY insurance company we work with is Commonwealth Care Alliance.  If your insurance plan covers acupuncture, we can provide you with a payment receipt and billing code to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  If you are unsure whether or not your insurance company will cover the cost of acupuncture, please contact your insurance company to inquire.

  • First Acupuncture Visit with Consultation $35-$55
  • Acupuncture Follow-up $20-$40
  • Nap Pack 10 Treatment Package (save 12.5%): $175-350, sliding scale; add $15 for cards purchased on the first visit

Cancellation Policy

In order to accommodate as many people as possible we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule to a later date. If you miss an appointment or cancel or reschedule it to a later date with less than 24 hours notice, then you will need to pay $20 for your missed/late canceled appointment at the time of your next visit.  If appointments have been purchased in a package, then we will deduct one of your pre-paid visits.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available year-round!  $35-55 for a first visit, $20-40 for a follow-up and $175-350 for a 10 treatment card (all sliding scale – pay what works for you).  To purchase a gift certificate may call us at 617-499-9993 to pay by phone and have us mail it to you or to your loved one directly, or just pop in while the clinic is open and we will be happy to help you.
