We do not have receptionists and our acupuncturists need to prioritize patient care.  In order to maintain a quiet space for our patients, we rarely speak on the phone while patients are being treated.  Therefore, the best way to communicate with us when our clinic is open is to send us a text message.  We check messages frequently and will text you back as soon as we’re able.  We return phone calls at the start and end of each shift when patients aren’t in the treatment room.  Justine checks email throughout the day everyday, even when the clinic is closed, and will respond to your email ASAP.

Please call or text us at 617-499-9993 and leave a message for any urgent matters (i.e. to let us know you’re running late).
